A national-level laboratory in the equipment industry will be officially inaugurated in Dalian

At the beginning of the new year, good news came from the field of in-depth integration of informatization and industrialization in Dalian. Dalian Boshengyuan Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the release of China's first industrial data resource basic library. The library aggregates 230 million digital industrial products, 180,000 pieces of raw material grade data, 35T of real-time equipment operation data, and 300,000 pieces of process data, which can provide computing power and data support for industrial artificial intelligence model training. As a key participant, Boshengyuan contributed the "Dalian strength" to this. The enterprise jointly established the "Joint Laboratory for Predictive Maintenance of Equipment Industry (Bearings)" with the China Academy of Industrial Internet. This national-level laboratory is expected to be officially launched in Dalian at the end of January.


According to the report that the China Academy of Industrial Internet is a national-level think-tank in the field of industrial Internet in China. Boshengyuan has the leading technical accumulation and engineering practice experience in the field of bearing predictive maintenance in the country. The joint establishment of the laboratory by the two parties will inject strong "digital and intelligent strength" into the high-quality development of China's equipment industry. The official launch of the joint laboratory marks that the enterprise has officially integrated into the national-level industrial Internet innovation system, rising from a leading technical practitioner in the industry to a leader in participating in the formulation of industry standards and the construction of a new industrial ecosystem.


Dalian Boshengyuan Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2010, is the first high-tech enterprise in China to initiate and lead the research on the on-board intelligent monitoring and predictive maintenance system for high-speed trains and EMUs, filling a gap in the industry. Now, the company's on-board safety monitoring system has been widely used in scenarios such as high-speed trains and subways, covering models like the Fuxing Hao intelligent EMUs. As of now, the enterprise has accumulated 313 orders for high-speed trains and subway trains, and the high-speed train safety monitoring mileage has exceeded 120 million kilometers.


As China's high-speed railways continue to speed up, upgrade, and lead the world, the pressure on the high-speed rotating bearings of EMUs has increased exponentially. The traditional detection method of "knocking with a hammer and listening with the ear" cannot detect minor faults at high speeds. The on-board intelligent monitoring and predictive maintenance system developed by the enterprise is like a precise "stethoscope" for high-speed trains. Through multi-source sensor fusion and edge computing architecture, it can achieve millisecond-level diagnosis and monitor the health status of trains in real-time.
