he "Modern Semiconductor Industry College" of Dalian Neusoft University of Information responds to the national semiconductor industry development strategy and the policy of Liaoning Province to focus on developing the "Integrated Circuit Equipment Industry Cluster". It is jointly built by Dalian Neusoft University of Information, leading universities in the province, and multiple leading enterprises in the semiconductor industry. The industry college aims to cultivate semiconductor technology talents that meet the industrial employment needs. Under the guidance of the joint council of "universities + enterprises + industrial alliances", it actively explores the construction of professional clusters with complementary advantages between applied and research-oriented universities, and continuously deepens the integration of superior resources in the industrial chain, innovation chain, education chain, and talent chain.

The "Modern Semiconductor Industry College" of Dalian Neusoft University of Information has innovatively constructed a talent training system of "Three Doubles, Four Dimensions, and Five Integrations", strengthening the cultivation of students' application ability, innovation ability, and comprehensive quality, and effectively solving common problems in semiconductor technology talent cultivation, such as unclear cultivation paths for modern semiconductor applied talents, difficulties in building laboratories and practical systems, and the deviation of teaching content from the industry.
