The professional training course for demobilized officers in Dalian in 2025 started

Recently, the "2025 Professional Training Course for Demobilized Officers" organized by the Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs has officially started. This training aims to fully implement the requirements for the education and training of demobilized officers of the military, closely meet the development reality of Dalian and the needs of demobilized officers, and help them smoothly achieve role transformation and capacity improvement, contributing new strength to the revitalization and development of Dalian.


This training adopts a combined model of "online thematic learning + offline centralized training". In the online stage, relying on the "Dalian Cadre Online Learning Network", 290-hour courses covering political theory, policies and regulations, city situation overview, and professional abilities have been customized for the trainees, supporting flexible and independent learning. In the offline stage, a 5-day full-time closed-door centralized training will be carried out. Centering on the goals of "political soul-casting, role transformation, and capacity improvement", through forms such as thematic lectures, case teaching, on-site learning, and structured discussions, 40-hour immersive and interactive teaching will be completed. The courses focus on practical orientation, closely combine with the construction and revitalization and development practice of Dalian's "Two Pioneer Areas", and invite experts, scholars, and representatives of outstanding demobilized officers to share their experiences, enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of the training.


The Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs strictly implements the relevant work arrangements of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government, regards professional training as an important part of assisting the transformation and development of demobilized officers, and does a good job in organization, coordination, and service guarantee throughout the process, striving to create a reassuring and warm learning environment for the trainees. The training assessment results will be truthfully feedback to each receiving unit and serve as an important reference for cadre training and employment, promoting the formation of a benign mechanism of "combining training with employment and matching people with positions".
