The emblem takes the "U" letter representing "University" as the core shape, which accurately anchors the positioning of global college football matches. The slogan of "Meet Dalian, Youth Flying" was announced. This concise and powerful slogan shows that Dalian has built an excellent platform for competitive exchanges among global college students with its charming urban scenery, profound football culture and sports accumulation and complete competition system, and vividly depicts the high-spirited attitude of young college students fighting bravely and sweating on the field.

The appearance of the mascot pushed the atmosphere to a climax. The mascot "Lianbao Harbor Seal" designed based on the harbor seal is highly recognizable with its iconic arc head shape and spotted lines, and its obsidian-like bright eyes are smart and vivid, which complement the tenacious perseverance and hard-working passion of college football players on the field, vividly showing the youthful vitality and enterprising spirit of contemporary college students.

At the press conference, the second batch of event sponsorship projects were signed centrally. Dalian Education Bureau of the event comprehensive coordination department and Dalian Culture and Sports Tourism Industry Group of the operation department reached and signed cooperation framework agreements with seven partners, including Dalian Branch of China United Network Communication Co., Ltd., Dalian Branch of China Post Group Co., Ltd. and Dalian Sanwen Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd.
