Yesterday, Dalian Artificial Intelligence Industry Ecological Conference was held in the High-tech Zone. The conference was sponsored by Dalian Municipal People's Government and jointly organized by the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Municipal Data Bureau and the High-tech Zone. Qiu Baolin, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and deputy mayor, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Luo Dongsheng, vice chairman of the CPPCC and secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Zone, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau issued the "Implementation Opinions on the High-Quality Development of the Artificial Intelligence Industry in Dalian" and "Several Policies and Measures to Support the Development of the Artificial Intelligence Industry in Dalian", clarifying that it will build and promote large vertical models of the industry and gather "robots" Efforts will be made in R&D and application, construction and development of high-energy innovation platforms, acceleration of global scenario applications, layout and construction of data infrastructure, etc.

The High-tech Zone released the "Dalian High-tech Zone Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Action Plan (2025-2027)". As a research and development base of artificial intelligence technology and software and hardware products, the High-tech Zone will implement the "breakthrough" action of core technology, the "upgrading" action of basic support, the "improvement" action of application development, and the "leap" of industrial ecology in the next three years, so as to seize the historical opportunity of the development of artificial intelligence industry, fully promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional software industry, and build a demonstration zone of artificial intelligence technology innovation and industrial development application with national influence.
