In order to explore and broaden the path of trade associations' chambers of commerce to participate in grass-roots governance, and promote the development of city-wide trade associations' chambers of commerce and urban and rural communities in both directions, yesterday, the Social Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee, in conjunction with Shahekou District Committee, launched the release activities of "Community with You" and "List of Services Provided by City-wide trade associations' chambers of commerce for urban and rural communities (the first batch)" in New Hope Community of Xinghaiwan Street.
During the activity, the first batch of "List of Services Provided by City-wide Trade Associations and Chambers of Commerce for Urban and Rural Communities" was released, and it was clear that the first batch of 19 city-wide trade associations and chambers of commerce volunteered to provide 47 free services for urban and rural communities, including seven categories: convenience services, employment guidance, health care, supporting agriculture and benefiting the people, public welfare assistance, education planning and professional technology. The certificate of "It's better to have you in the community" was awarded to the representatives of chambers of commerce of trade associations in the whole city, and representatives of chambers of commerce, trade associations and communities in different places exchanged speeches respectively.
It is understood that the Social Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee collected and summarized the ability list of some city-wide trade associations and chambers of commerce through interviews, questionnaires, etc. After sorting out and screening, soliciting opinions and one-on-one communication, combined with the characteristics of the associations and chambers of commerce, it focused on the needs of urban and rural community governance development and the expectations of residents, and finally made it clear that the first batch of 19 city-wide trade associations and chambers of commerce provided 47 free services for urban and rural communities. All urban and rural communities in our city can combine their own needs and choose their own cooperation contents and service items according to the wishes of trade associations and chambers of commerce, directly or through the social work department of the county (city, district) committee where they are located, and communicate with relevant trade associations and chambers of commerce.
The "Service List" promotes trade associations and chambers of commerce to actively respond to the call of the Central Social Work Department of "Volunteer Tour of Thousands of Industries" and better implement the requirements of "serving the country, society, the masses and the industry". It not only enables trade associations and chambers of commerce to tilt their superior resources to the community, do a solid job in serving groups such as "one old, one small and one new", guides and encourages trade associations and chambers of commerce to actively fulfill their social responsibilities and participate in grass-roots governance.
