Recently, the Dalian Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued a notice on organizing the application for one-time housing subsidies for college graduates in 2025.

The application must meet the following conditions at the same time: doctoral, master's and undergraduate graduates who graduated after May 26, 2022 and are receiving or have received the housing subsidy in Dalian in full; Purchase ordinary commercial housing in Dalian within 5 years after graduation, and obtain the certificate of immovable property right when applying.

The eligible college graduates may bring the application materials and electronic sheet storage USB flash drive, and submit their applications to the municipal human and social department at 8:30-11:30 and 13:00-17:00 on working days from June 9th to July 31st.
