Recently, Dalian's "anti-drug, anti-fraud, anti-bullying" activity entered Jingyang Primary School in Fuzhoucheng, wafangdian city, popularizing legal knowledge such as how to recognize and prevent drugs, how to prevent telecom fraud, and the harmfulness of bullying (bullying) on campus for teachers and students. The activity was sponsored by Dalian Legal Publicity Association, Municipal Public Security Bureau, Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and Municipal Oceanic Administration, and undertaken by wafangdian public security bureau.

With the theme of "Forwarding without drug" and "Stay away from drugs and cherish life", the police of the Anti-drug Brigade of Wafangdian city Public Security Bureau specifically and scientifically revealed the serious harm caused by drugs to society and families, so that teachers and students had a more intuitive and deeper understanding of drugs.

During the activity, the lawyers of Liaoning Zunlong Law Firm analyzed the new telecommunication network fraud and school bullying in the form of case statements and examples, taught the skills and countermeasures of identifying and preventing fraud, guided everyone to further improve their awareness of prevention and anti-fraud ability, reminded students to resolutely resist school bullying, enhance their concept of rule of law and safety awareness, and not to be bullies, improper victims or cold watchers, so as to contribute to building a harmonious campus.

The "anti-drug, anti-fraud, anti-bullying" activity on campus is an important part of the law popularization work of Dalian's "National Law Popularization Week" in 2025, and plays an important role in purifying the legal environment on campus and building a safe and harmonious campus order.
