It was learned from the Liaoning Provincial Admissions Office that the registration of primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (written) in the second half of 2025 in Liaoning Province will begin on July 4th, and the specific examination date is September 13th, 2025. Relevant personnel are hereby reminded to pay attention to the following matters.

1. Log in. During the registration period, candidates log in to the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network (https://ntce.neea.edu.cn/), enter the registration system and select "Liaoning".

2. Registration. Before registration, the candidates shall register to obtain the login account number and password of the online registration system (the account number is my resident ID number), and the account number is valid for the current exam.

3. Signing the letter of commitment. After completing the registration, candidates shall sign the Commitment Letter of Integrity Examination online and promise to abide by the examination discipline before proceeding to the next step.

4. Filling in personal information. Candidates shall truthfully fill in their personal information. If the follow-up links such as the written examination cannot be completed due to false or wrong information provided by the candidates, the consequences shall be borne by the candidates.

5. Uploading photos. Candidates are required to upload their photos for the admission ticket and the examination certificate. If the photos failed to meet the requirements, the candidate cannot pass the review.

Relevant regulations and requirements for registration

Candidates' information is only reviewed online, and no on-site confirmation will be organized. If the information is found to be incorrect during the audit, it will be returned by the audit unit. Candidates shall log in to the registration system to make changes and resubmit it for audit.

If candidates find that the personal information was wrong, they can correct it in the online registration system by themselves before passing the examination. When the candidates who have passed the examination need to change the basic information (excluding the subjects they have applied for), the candidates themselves shall bring the original and photocopy of their ID cards, graduation certificates or original graduation certificates, and make on-site changes at the designated place of the city (district) recruitment office where they are registered before 15:30 on July 7, 2025. The city (district) recruitment office will keep the photocopy and print the change information form at the same time, which will be signed by the candidates themselves.
