Yesterday, according to the Traffic Management Detachment of the Municipal Public Security Bureau that the 2025 Dalian Jiayixin DUO Music Festival will be held in the Music Fountain Square in Donggang Business District on June 14th and 15th. In order to ensure the safe and orderly traffic during the music festival, temporary traffic restriction measures will be taken on some roads in Donggang Business District.

It is understood that from 9: 00 on June 14th to the end of the music festival on June 15th, the traffic order returned to normal, and vehicles were prohibited from passing and parking on Renmin East Road around Dalian International Convention Center. In case of traffic congestion during the music festival, vehicles are prohibited from passing in the enclosed area of Renmin East Road-Gangpu Road-Zhulian Street (excluding)-Ganglong Road (excluding)-Renmin East Road. Social vehicles can enter and exit Donggang Business District from Renmin East Road-Ganglong Road, Cross Harbour Tunnel-Ganglong Road, Changjiang East Road and Luxun Road-Huale Street.

Passing vehicles and pedestrians shall refer to the on-site traffic signs and police command, and the public security traffic management department will adjust the restricted time and scope according to the on-site situation. Vehicles can be parked in the regular parking lot of Donggang Business District outside the closed area. Units and citizens along the way shall arrange their travel routes reasonably in advance, and try to choose public transportation to enter and leave Donggang Business District.
