The Municipal Data Bureau vigorously promotes the reform of market-oriented allocation of data elements, promotes the on-site compliance trading of data products, and realizes the release of the value of data elements. The first provincial-level public data product was recently listed on the shelves of Dalian Equity Exchange (Dalian Data Trading Platform), which marks an important step in data circulation trading in Dalian, and is of great significance to promote the gathering of data products in the whole province and even surrounding areas to data trading places in Dalian.

Since the beginning of this year, the National Data Administration and the China Meteorological Administration have continuously strengthened departmental coordination, jointly promoted the implementation of the "1 +3" policy system for the development and utilization of public data resources, created public data demonstration scenario applications, and accelerated the release of the value of public data resources to make positive progress. In order to implement the cooperation between the National Data Bureau and the China Meteorological Administration, with the strong support of the Provincial Data Bureau and the municipal government, the Municipal Data Bureau, together with Dalian Property Rights Exchange, actively connected with the meteorological department of our province, and promoted the registration and listing of the data products of the Provincial Meteorological Service Center "Live Along Highways in Liaoning Province" on the Dalian Data Trading Platform.

This data product is based on the actual situation of meteorological stations and satellite remote sensing data in the province, and uses interpolation calculation and other methods to monitor the precipitation, temperature, wind speed, visibility, weather phenomena and relative humidity along the highway. The resolution reaches 3 kilometers, which can provide early warning for transportation departments and traveling vehicles. As the first provincial-level public data product listed in Dalian, this product will drive a number of provincial-level meteorological data products to be listed on Dalian data trading platform in the near future.

The Municipal Data Bureau will promote the Dalian Equity Exchange to continuously improve the functions of the data trading platform, optimize data trading services, guide more data products from inside and outside the province to be listed and traded on the Dalian data trading platform, promote its influence to radiate to the northeast region, further prosper the city's data factor market ecology, and empower economic and social development.
