In order to further popularize physical science knowledge, narrow the distance between science and life, give full play to the leading role of the School of Physics and Electronic Technology as a popular science base in Liaoning Province and an excellent popular science base in Dalian, and stimulate young people's interest in physics learning, on the morning of May 24th, the 2025 popular science opening activity of the School of Physics and Electronic Technology of Liaoning Normal University was held in the Physics and Chemistry Building. This activity is free and open to primary and secondary school students and kindergarten children in Dalian. After the registration channel was opened, it attracted more than a thousand teenagers and parents to participate.

During the activity, the School of Physics and Electronic Technology opened more than 10 laboratories, exhibited more than 100 experimental projects in the activity, and set up experimental demonstrations and interactions on nine major themes, such as "two bombs and one satellite", mechanics, heat, acoustics, optics, electromagnetism, astronomical universe, particle physics and outdoor interactive projects. Through lively and interesting experimental demonstrations and interactive experiences, and the children may feel the charm of science.
