In order to thoroughly implement the work arrangement of gathering young people to stay in Dalian, improve the level of housing security for young people, and help build a youth-oriented city, on April 27th, on the eve of the 76th May 4th Youth Day, the first batch of young workers' hotel in Dalian jointly explored and built by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the Communist Youth League Committee were put into use.

The Youth Workers' Post Station launched by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the Communist Youth League Committee through two-way linkage and resource sharing is a comprehensive service platform integrating "short-term free accommodation, employment guidance, social activities and resource docking", which deeply combines the functions of trade unions to serve workers with the functions of the Communist Youth League Committee, and is included in the youth post stations in Dalian. The key service targets of the Youth Staff Station are fresh graduates aged 18 to 35 with legal identity certificates, employees employed in different places, corporate interns and short-term trainees, etc. The locations are located in Renmin Road Branch, Dalian Zhongshan Plaza, Vienna Zhihao Hotel, Riyueming Hotel Xinghai Park Branch, providing a total of 8 standard rooms and 16 beds. Both post stations are located around the core business district and transportation hub of the city, covering youth employment-intensive areas such as Zhongshan District and Shahekou District. The surrounding areas are gathered with industrial resources such as finance, science and technology, commerce, etc., which can realize an exclusive 15-minute life and employment circle for young people. The rooms are equipped with independent bathrooms, air conditioning and free WiFi. Some rooms are equipped with functional areas such as shared kitchens and reading spaces to meet the diverse needs of young people. The mobile station of trade union employment service will provide the latest employment information, special recruitment activities, skills training, legal consultation, psychological counseling and other services for the young people who stay there, so as to realize five functions: short-term transition, empowering growth, promoting integration, resource sharing and policy implementation, improve the accuracy and coverage of youth service work in Dalian, and help form a development trend in which young people yearn for, love and establish a career in Dalian.
