During the forest fire prevention period in Dalian (from October 1st of each year to May 31st of the following year), no organization nor individual in the forest fire prevention zone (within 100 meters of forest land and edge) is allowed to use fire in the wild without authorization, and it is strictly forbidden to use fire in the wild in the forest high fire risk zone (within 300 meters of forest areas around key forest areas and important facilities and edge).

1. Smoking in forest areas and the edges of forest areas is strictly prohibited.

2. Sacrificial activities such as burning incense, burning paper and lighting lamps in forest areas and the edges of forest areas are strictly prohibited.

3. Setting off fireworks and firecrackers in forest areas and the edges of forest areas are strictly prohibited.

4. Conducting open fire picnics and warm-up heating activities in forest areas and the edges of forest areas are strictly prohibited.

5. Lighting Kongming lanterns in forest areas and the edges of forest areas are strictly prohibited.

6. Lighting torches in forest areas and the edges of forest areas are strictly prohibited.

7. Burning wasteland, burning land grids, burning straw, burning sick and rotten wood branches and other farming fires in the farmland on the forest edge are strictly prohibited.

8. Bringing any fire source into the mountains and forests are strictly prohibited.

9. Bringing flammable and explosive materials into mountains and forests are strictly prohibited.

10. If a forest fire is found, call 12119 forest fire alarm at the first time, and immediately evacuate the dangerous area. It is strictly forbidden to put out the fire without authorization.
