Yesterday, according to the unified deployment of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, Dalian Taxation Bureau of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China held the launching ceremony of the 34th National Tax Publicity Month and the symposium of private enterprises around the theme of "Taxation, Rule of Law and Fairness". Li Yanfeng, vice chairman of CPPCC and chairman of Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the event and delivered a speech.

During the activity, Dalian Municipal Taxation Bureau released the construction of tax credit system, introduced three compliance business cases, announced that the government service mechanism of "Smart Tax Alliance" was continuously extended to six grass-roots units of Dalian tax system, and demonstrated the new achievements of this mechanism in serving the development of enterprises from six dimensions: departmental alliance, financial assistance to enterprises, technology incubation, industrial link, assistance to go to sea, and compliance guarantee. Representatives of 10 private enterprises shared their feelings and experiences in compliance management and honest tax payment during the event.

According to reports, Dalian's tax system is implementing the "Dalian Tax Action of Strong Foundation Project" in depth.
