Xiong Maoping and Chen Shaowang, on behalf of Dalian Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, welcomed Palhomchik's delegation and briefly introduced Dalian's economic and social development. Xiong Maoping said that under the strategic guidance of Xi Jinping and President Lukashenko, China-Belarus relations have been upgraded to an all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership, which has injected strong impetus into bilateral cooperation in various fields. Dalian and Belarus have close local economic and trade exchanges, extensive cultural exchanges, fruitful cooperation and broad prospects.
