In order to speed up the construction of low-altitude economic application scenario demonstration zone and industrial innovation and development pilot zone in Dalian, and help the high-quality development of low-altitude economy, on April 17th, the 7th "Craftsman Cup" employee skills competition in Dalian and the city's low-altitude economic and industrial employee skills competition kicked off in Dalian Eurasia Helicopter Co., Ltd., with four events: drone pilot, drone installation and maintenance, low-altitude route planning, low-altitude communication and navigation. 120 contestants entered the finals. Xu Guangxiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, participated in the competition.

The 7th "Craftsman Cup" worker skills competition is held from April to August, and is organized by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions in conjunction with the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Education Bureau, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, the Communist Youth League Committee and the Municipal Women's Federation. The Municipal Federation of Trade Unions upgraded the award scheme for winners, cooperated with human and social departments to unblock career development channels for skilled talents, and supported industrial trade unions, county trade unions, and grass-roots trade unions to extensively and in-depth carry out skill competitions for employees at all levels, so as to empower Dalian's high-quality development.
