After attending the opening ceremony of China International Consumer Goods Expo and Global Consumer Forum, Chen Shaowang came to the artificial intelligence interactive activity area, the low-altitude economic exhibition activity area, the booth of Dashang Group and the booth of Chia Tai Group to communicate and discuss cooperation with representatives of exhibitors. Chen Shaowang said that Dalian is thoroughly implementing the spirit of Xi Jinping's important speech and important instructions during his inspection in Liaoning, vigorously boosting consumption and expanding domestic demand in an all-round way. It is hoped that enterprises will seize the opportunity of Dalian's revitalization and development, find the entry point for win-win cooperation, and lay out more consumer products, science and technology projects and high-end manufacturing that meet market demand in Dalian. During the Consumer Expo, Chen Shaowang visited Haikou International Duty Free City and had in-depth exchanges with Xie Qishan, Secretary of the Party Committee of China Duty Free (Haikou) International Duty Free City Co., Ltd., to learn more about the project construction and operation, the outlying island duty-free business model, etc. He hoped that the company would base itself on its own development, focus on future strategic planning, deepen cooperation with Dalian in the field of duty-free business, and work together to create a new situation of mutual benefit and win-win. During the inspection, Chen Shaowang emphasized that it is necessary to fully learn from the advanced experience of Haikou International Duty Free City, tap the development potential of duty-free economy, continue to optimize the sales model in connected stores, continuously enrich duty-free commercial formats, and strive to build an international consumption center city.

Hainan Baolu Aquatic Technology Co., Ltd. is an international seedling enterprise integrating tilapia breeding and seed production, breeding, fry cultivation and sales. Chen Shaowang visited the company's tilapia hatching laboratory and land-based circulating water breeding workshop, and had a discussion with the company's chairman Yuan Wener on the introduction and breeding of Atlantic cod and other species to help the high-quality development of Dalian's deep-sea aquaculture. It is hoped that the company will make full use of Dalian's marine resource advantages, scientific and technological innovation advantages, and industrial advantages, and cooperate with Dalian Ocean University and other universities in scientific and technological research and development, personnel training, and marine fishery germplasm resources.
