The selection of the top ten fashion designers in Dalian is guided by Dalian Industry and Information Technology Bureau, supported by China Fashion Designers Association and China Fashion Association, and jointly sponsored by Dalian Fashion Designers Association and Dalian Fashion Textile Association. Professionals engaged in fashion design in Dalian, including designers of fashion enterprises, professional teachers of fashion colleges, independent designers, etc., and designers with more than 3 years' working experience in fashion design, can apply. Designers can register voluntarily or recommended by units. According to the comprehensive results, the top ten will be awarded the title of Top Ten Fashion Designers in Dalian in 2025, and the one with the highest results will be awarded the title of Golden Shear Fashion Designer in Dalian in 2025. Other finalists were awarded the title of Dalian Outstanding Fashion Designer in 2025. Dalian Golden Cut fashion designers will receive a bonus of 30,000 yuan, and each of the top ten fashion designers in Dalian will receive a bonus of 10,000 yuan.
