Recently, the Municipal Ecological Environmental Protection Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team, together with the Water Public Security Management Branch of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, Pulandian Ecological Environment Branch, Municipal Water Group and other relevant departments, formed an inspection team to carry out all-round three-dimensional inspection and monitoring of Biliuhe Reservoir and its surrounding areas through the mode of "looking in the sky, checking online and patrolling on the ground". During this inspection and monitoring, no environmental violations were found.

At the inspection and monitoring site, it was seen that there was ice floating on the Biliu River that had not completely melted. The water samples collected in the reservoir were clear and impurities-free, and the surrounding vegetation was rich. Many birds either soared or stopped around the reservoir. "Biliuhe Reservoir is the main source of water supply in the main urban area of our city, and its annual water supply accounts for about 80% of the total water supply in the city. Starting from March and April every year, we conduct sampling and testing twice a month at nine points in the tributaries of the reservoir, the estuary of the reservoir, the middle of the reservoir and the front area of the dam. In summer, we conduct encrypted testing according to the changes of water quality to ensure the safety of residents' water bowls' in our city. " The relevant person in charge of Biliuhe Reservoir Co., Ltd. said that the reservoir has set up an advanced intelligent security platform, equipped with 150 sound and light cameras, capturing and alarming key parts and areas of the reservoir in real time, and shouting and persuading irrelevant personnel to leave as soon as they enter, so as to realize all-weather uninterrupted inspections of the reservoir surface and effectively curb behaviors endangering water sources.

In recent years, multi-department joint law enforcement in our city has achieved all-round and multi-level supervision of water sources through the construction of "sky-air-ground", that is, satellite remote sensing dynamic monitoring, accurate inspection of drones and ground law enforcement linkage. At present, the proportion of excellent water quality in 14 water sources at or above the county level in our city has reached 100%, among which the water quality of Biliu River and Yingna River Reservoir, the main water sources of the city, generally maintains Class II standards.
