Recently, the Supervision Committee of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection organized a symposium on the construction of clean culture in the new era of the whole city, comprehensively took stock of the work in recent years, exchanged and summed up experiences and practices, mobilized and deployed the next work, gave the new kinetic energy into the construction of clean culture in the whole city, and promoted the continuous infiltration of clean breeze into Dalian City.

From the construction of high-quality positions of clean culture to the collection and creation of clean cultural works; From the expansion of the propaganda carrier of integrity culture to the excavation of integrity elements in Red Army culture; From the setting and arrangement of clean education courses to the design and development of clean cultural and creative products... At the symposium, relevant responsible comrades from 20 departments and units, including the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Network Information Office of the Municipal Party Committee, combined their departmental responsibilities, highlighted their achievements, put forward problems, talked about countermeasures and plans, and collided with the creative spark of clean culture construction in communication. As a basic project to promote the "three non-corruption" in an integrated way, the construction of a clean culture plays an educational, leading and infiltrating role in turning spring breeze into rain and moistening things silently.

The participating departments and units expressed that they shall resolutely shoulder their political responsibilities, continuously enhance their sense of mission and responsibility in the construction of a clean culture in the new era, regard the construction of a clean culture as an important part of fulfilling the responsibility of managing and governing the party, and promote the implementation of the construction of a clean culture. Based on the consolidation of responsibilities, they shall integrate the concept of integrity into work practice and promote the construction of a culture of integrity that is tangible, effective and both physical and spiritual. They shall dig deep into resources, based on local cultural characteristics and advantages, carefully sort out and dig deeply into the integrity elements in China's excellent traditional culture, revolutionary culture, and advanced socialist culture, and create a brand of integrity culture with regional characteristics. They shall enrich product supply, closely follow the theme of the times, integrate the theme of integrity into literary creation, stage art and other fields, and create works that are ideological, artistic, popular and easy to spread, making the culture of integrity closer to life and the grassroots. They shall expand publicity channels, extend the tentacles of the culture of integrity, systematically build an all-round, focused, and full-chain communication system, and continuously enhance the attractiveness, appeal, and persuasiveness of the culture of integrity.
