The 10th Plenary Session of the 13th Dalian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China will be held on February 26, 2025.

Attending the plenary session were 52 members of the municipal party committee and 8 alternate members of the municipal party committee. Members of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and responsible comrades of relevant parties attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. Some grassroots comrades among the representatives of the 13th Party Congress of the city attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.

The plenary session was presided over by the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee.
