Yesterday, we learned from the China Aquatic Products Circulation and Processing Association that from May 27 to 29, 2025, the 2025 Asia-Pacific Aquatic Products Food Expo and the 7th Dalian International Seafood Festival (hereinafter referred to as the "Expo") will be held in Dalian. This Expo is jointly sponsored by China Aquatic Products Circulation and Processing Association and Dalian International Seafood Festival Organizing Committee, hosted by Huamo Group Shanghai Huahao Exhibition Co., Ltd., and jointly organized by Jiaxuan (Dalian) Seafood Festival Management Co., Ltd. and Dalian Jiufu Jiawo Industrial Park Co., Ltd.
It is understood that the exhibition area of this Expo will reach 21,000 square meters, and the exhibits cover all kinds of water (sea) foods, refined aquatic foods, high-end nourishing ingredients, digital intelligent processing equipment and supporting services, etc. A product tasting and experience center will be set up at the Expo site, and a Dalian local specialty food exhibition will be held. Guests from all over the world are invited to experience the unique local food culture immersively and enjoy the gluttonous feast on the tip of their tongues.
In addition, the organizers also planned a series of exciting simultaneous activities, including a main forum gathering industry elites and a number of special activities focusing on subdivided fields. Among them, the 2025 Asia-Pacific Aquatic Products Production and Market Outlook Conference will invite major aquatic products production and market countries in the Asia-Pacific region to conduct exchanges and discussions around the fields of modern aquatic products production, technological innovation, market, trade and consumption. At the same time, the event will also hold the theme promotion of national characteristic fishery products, the training meeting on the legality certification of exported aquatic products, and the docking activities of purchasing and marketing of characteristic aquatic products.
As a professional platform for aquaculture and aquatic products exchange in the Asia-Pacific region, the Asia-Pacific Aquatic Food Expo (formerly known as the Asia-Pacific Aquaculture Exhibition founded in 2015) has been successfully held for six sessions. The Expo will be upgraded in terms of exhibition planning, experience and service, and it is expected to attract more than 20,000 visitors, including chain catering, supply chain, import and export traders, domestic circulation channel buyers and other professional visitors. By building a platform for exchanges and cooperation, we will stimulate industry innovation momentum, promote international aquatic products trade cooperation, and work together to draw a new blueprint for fishery development.
