Chen Shaowang said that coordinated regional development is a key support for promoting high-quality development and an important part of promoting Chinese-style modernization. Dalian will take the opportunity of signing the "1 +15" strategic cooperation agreement, adhere to high-level promotion and close cooperation, help each other and promote each other, further improve the "big article" of Tobacco-University cooperation in the new era, and better serve and integrate into the new development paradigm. We will jointly promote the integration and development of cultural, sports and tourism, deepen the interaction between the tourist markets of the two cities, and jointly build two-way tourist routes from Dalian to Yantai to seek roots and from Yantai to Dalian to seek relatives, so as to promote the high-quality development of cruise economy in the two cities. Two-way interaction in cultural tourism and boosting consumption, strengthening in-depth cooperation in resource integration and route linkage, brand co-construction and joint marketing, carrying out mutual delivery of inbound tourists, planning and launching cruise tourism and other consumption scenarios suitable for Japanese and Korean tourists, and accelerating the release of the consumption potential of both parties. Yantai City will work with Dalian to improve the normalization and institutionalized contact mechanism, jointly promote the project-based, list-based and responsible implementation of the agreement content, sing "A Tale of Two Cities" together, forge ahead in a new era, and work together to create a demonstration model of regional high-level coordinated development.

At the meeting, relevant regions, departments and enterprises of the two cities signed 15 cooperation agreements, covering the fields of opening to the outside world, modern marine city construction, industry, agriculture, shipping logistics, clean energy, cultural tourism, etc.
