A few days ago, five departments including the Dalian Municipal Bureau of Commerce jointly released the implementation rules of new subsidies for the purchase of mobile phones, tablets, and smart watches (bracelets) in Dalian in 2025.

Subsidy time:

Subsidy activities will start on the date of promulgation of these implementation rules and end on December 31, 2025.

Subsidy objects:

During the policy implementation period, individual consumers who purchased new mobile phones, tablets, and smart watches (bracelets) products and issued invoices in Dalian.

Subsidy scope and standards:

Individual consumers can enjoy new purchase subsidies when purchasing three types of digital products: mobile phones, tablets (including learning machines), and smart watch bracelets (including children's smart watches) (the sales price of a single piece does not exceed 6,000 yuan).

Each person can receive a subsidy of one piece of each category, and the subsidy ratio of each piece is 15% of the final sales price after deducting all concessions from production, circulation and mobile operators, with the maximum of each piece not exceeding 500 yuan.

Subsidy methods and rules:

The China Unionpay Quick Pass App system platform is a trade-in service platform for consumer goods in the commercial field of Dalian in 2025. Consumers can check the list of business entities participating in subsidy activities on the China Unionpay Quick Pass App, and the list is updated from time to time.

The subsidy qualifications of individual consumers are controlled by the service platform as a whole, and the interoperability and verification with the national platform are realized. Consumers can apply for subsidy rights after real-name authentication on China Unionpay Quick Pass App or other e-commerce platform apps that participate in the trade-in of consumer goods in Dalian's commercial field.

The subsidy rights are valid for 1 day. If they expire, they can be applied for again.
