Recently, the first high school branch of the Guo Mingyi Love Team nationwide was officially established at Dalian No. 11 High School, marking that the school's volunteer service work has entered a new stage of standardized and branded development led by a national-level advanced role model.

The establishment ceremony was simple yet solemn. Guo Mingyi, the "Contemporary Lei Feng", personally presented the flag. The bright red flag was handed over to the young students, symbolizing the passing on of Lei Feng's spirit from generation to generation. On-site, representatives of teachers and students jointly listened to the important instructions in General Secretary Xi Jinping's reply letter to the Guo Mingyi Love Team. The earnest teachings of "Everyone can learn from Lei Feng; Everyone can offer love anywhere" stirred people's hearts. Combining with the general trend of national development, Guo Mingyi gave the students a vivid "Youth Ideological and Political Lesson", encouraging them to integrate their personal ideals into the torrent of the era and light up the background color of their youth with the "volunteer red".

As the only high school in Dalian that has been rated as a "National Civilized Campus" so far, Dalian No. 11 High School has a profound foundation in volunteer service. In 2025, more than 40 various activities have been organized, involving over 1,450 student participants. All league members and the vast majority of students are registered volunteers. Their service footprints have extended from the campus to communities, nursing homes, libraries and other places, forming a vivid situation of full participation and regular service.
