For those who violate the traffic restrictions, the traffic management department of the public security organs will impose penalties in accordance with relevant laws and regulations through on-site inspections and electronic police captures.

The public security traffic management department stated that large trucks refer to heavy-duty trucks, medium-duty trucks, special operation vehicles, and wheeled special machinery vehicles classified according to the industry standard "Motor Vehicle Types for Road Traffic Management (GA802-2019)"; "every day" refers to natural days. Military vehicles, police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, and engineering rescue vehicles performing emergency tasks, as well as vehicles for environmental sanitation, drainage, gardening, snow removal, etc. during heavy pollution or bad weather are not subject to the traffic restrictions.
