From 20:10 to 20:40 on September 24, the 2024 Fireworks Show in Dalian Jinpu New District was held at the Zhenlian Road Cross-sea Bridge in the Development Zone. Before the fireworks show starts, according to the real-time passenger flow of Jinma Road Station of Metro Line 3, the station will take control measures at the entrance and exit in due course. If there is a backlog of passenger flow at Jinma Road Station, cross-station measures will be taken at Jinma Road Station, and passengers will get on and off at Development Zone Station or Dalian Bay Station instead. After the fireworks show, Exit A (East Hall) of Jinma Road Station can only get in and out, and Exit B (West Hall) can only get in and out.

Dalian Station to Bonded Zone Station of Metro Line 3: After the fireworks show, additional trains will be opened in both directions, with a minimum driving interval of 5 minutes and a departure time of the last train in both directions at 21:30. Dalian Station to Jinshitan Station of Metro Line 3: the departure time of the last train in both directions is 20:30. According to the passenger flow situation, the train from Bonded Zone Station to Jinshitan Station will be opened in due course, and the departure time of the last train from Bonded Zone Station will be 22:05. Branch line of Metro Line 3 and Line 13: After the regular operation, according to the passenger flow, the train from Development Zone Station to Pulandian Zhenxing Street Station will be opened in due course, and the last departure time will be 22:05.

On September 26th, according to the work arrangement of the Municipal Transportation Bureau, a comprehensive emergency pre-drill for rail transit emergencies in Dalian will be carried out on Metro Line 5. From 9:30 to 16:30 on the day of the pre-drill, Houyan Station and Houguan Station of Metro Line 5 will be closed. After the pre-drill, the operation will be resumed immediately. During the pre-drill, Longhua Road Station will serve as the departure station and the terminal station. At that time, Longhua Road Station and Houguan Station will be connected by buses to ensure the transportation capacity. The connection locations are Exit B of Longhua Road Station, Exit A of Houyan Station and Exit C of Houguan Station.
