In cold season, myocardial infarction is prone to high incidence. What are the aura symptoms before a myocardial infarction attack?
1. Chest pain, chest tightness + profuse sweating
Pain in the middle of the chest, or in the left-center area of the chest, ranging at least the size of a palm. This kind of chest pain and chest tightness is like putting a big stone on the chest or wrapping it several times with adhesive tape, and it is often accompanied by inexplicable fear and anxiety.
2. Prolonged nausea and vomiting
At the time of myocardial infarction, myocardial ischemia may lead to abnormal gastrointestinal function, nausea and vomiting. This nausea and vomiting usually lasts for a while and is not relieved by eating or resting.
3. Uncomfortable throat
Burning pain in the throat, feeling tight in the throat, may be accompanied by chest tightness, suffocation, and sweating.
4. Upper limb and left shoulder pain
Generally, dull pain occurs on the left shoulder or inner side of the left arm, which may radiate to the little finger and ring finger.
5. Persistent back pain
Some patients with myocardial infarction have pain that radiates to the back, resulting in persistent back pain. It is more common in women than in men.
6. Upper abdominal pain
You should also be alert to the possibility of acute myocardial infarction when you feel "stomach pain" or upper abdominal pain, taking stomach-protective or antispasmodic drugs is ineffective, and the pain is related to activity or labor.
7. Toothache or jaw pain
In a few cases, patients with myocardial infarction will have toothache and jaw pain, accompanied by chest pain, shoulder pain, cold sweat, near-death feeling and other symptoms. This kind of toothache is related to exercise. It doesn't hurt when it is at rest, but it hurts or stops when it exercises.
