On the evening of November 26, the award ceremony and report performance of the 2024 Dalian Stage Art Performance Talent Technology Exhibition Competition was successfully held at the Golden Triangle Theater, and the competition ended successfully. This competition lasted for three months. After two rounds of selection in qualifiers and finals, in two groups, eight majors and 11 finals, the contestants won 18 first prizes and 34 second prizes after fierce competition. In addition, 63 contestants won the "Performance Award" and 12 participating units won the "Excellent Organization Award". This activity is not only a recognition of the hard work of Dalian young artistic talents in the past year, but also a vivid interpretation and practice of the spirit of Dalian Talent Revitalization Conference in the new era in the field of stage art.

At the award ceremony, representatives of this year and previous winners jointly presented a wonderful audio-visual feast. With their exquisite skills and full emotions, they vividly demonstrated the inheritance and development achievements of Dalian stage art, and highlighted the outstanding style and spiritual outlook of young artistic talents. During the award ceremony and report performance, fairy tale characters were specially interspersed, echoing the theme activity of "Winter Fairy Tales Romantic Dalian" recently launched by the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, and adding a touch of bright color to the literary stage of Dalian in winter.

The predecessor of Dalian Stage Art Performing Talent Technical Exhibition Competition was Dalian Professional Art Performing Group Technical Exhibition Competition. Since its establishment in 1993, this competition has been held every three years, aiming at testing and improving the performance skills of young actors in various troupes in an all-round way with the help of the core concept of "promoting training through competition". In order to further play the important role of technical exhibition competitions in discovering outstanding young talents and promoting the construction of artistic talent teams, in 2021, the competition will be expanded into Dalian Stage Art Performance Talent Technical Exhibition Competition. The scope of the competition has been expanded from the on-the-job actors of municipal state-owned literary and art troupes to the personnel (teachers and students) engaged in stage art performances of state-owned literary and art troupes, art colleges and private art groups at all levels in the city. This open competition mode has been widely recognized by people from all walks of life, attracted the participation of many art professionals, and provided a valuable platform for young art talents to show their talents, exercise their skills and learn from each other.
