The list of outstanding works awards of the 17th "Five One Project" of spiritual civilization construction in Liaoning Province was announced recently, and a total of 49 works were selected. Seven works recommended by the Propaganda Department of Dalian Municipal Committee, namely, the drama Old Tavern, the musical The Youth of the Country, the movie The Awakener, the TV documentary Meet Dalian, the radio drama Set Sail, the song Through the Mountains and Seas with You and the book Children Going Home, won this award, and Dalian literature and art won the most brilliant achievements!

The "Five One Projects" award is a spiritual civilization construction selection activity organized by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, aiming at encouraging artistic innovation, improving artistic quality and meeting the creative orientation of the public. Since its establishment in 1991, the award has been selected once a year, including drama works, TV plays (or movies) works, books (only social sciences), theoretical articles (only social sciences), songs and radio dramas, etc. The selection criteria and process of the Five One Project Award are very strict. Every year, provinces, cities and central ministries and commissions need to recommend spiritual products. After expert review, the award-winning works and selected works are finally determined. The seven award-winning works in Dalian have their own features and lead the way. The musical "The Youth of the Country" highlights the significance of ideological and political education in helping young people establish a healthy outlook on life and values, and plays a song of Do not forget your initiative mind's role model for university counselors. The film "The Awakener", with a historical tracing of the red blood, has a century-long spiritual dialogue with revolutionary pioneers, and builds the collective memory of the Chinese nation. It has received rave reviews after being shown in cinemas across the country. The TV documentary "Meet Dalian" spreads out the small things of big cities in the gathering of ecological Vientiane, realizes the unity of man and nature, and depicts a beautiful world full of fun under the blue sky. The radio drama "Set Sail" tells the story of the struggling life of four generations of Chinese navy and military industry, who have the same blood, rejuvenated and dreamed deep blue, and created a new category of "national defense education drama". The song "Follow You Through the Mountains and Seas" composed the magnificent note of "Tianliao Dining", and also expressed the deep love of Dalian people for their hometown. The book "Children Going Home" is the first children's literature work that positively shows Dalian people's resistance to the enslavement education of Japanese invaders, and shows the strong spiritual and cultural strength of the Chinese nation.
