Yesterday, we learned from the Cyberspace Administration of the Municipal Party Committee that at the forum held in World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit on November 21, 2024, Liaoning Port Group "promoted the development of new productivity with the construction of 'Four Wisdoms' and created a '4T' port of digital, green, collaborative and symbiotic" "was rated as an outstanding case of national digital and green collaborative transformation and development in 2024. This company has become the only company in Northeast China on the list in 2024 and the only company selected in the national port industry.

The selection of outstanding cases of national digital green collaborative transformation and development is organized and implemented by the Central Cyberspace Administration of China under the guidance of the China Federation of Network Social Organizations. It mainly focuses on promoting the green and low-carbon development of the digital industry, using digital intelligence technology and green technology to transform and upgrade traditional industries, and promoting the green and low-carbon development of digital technology enterprises and promoting the construction of green smart parks in four key directions, aiming to summarize and promote innovative practices and useful explorations in the field of dual-informatization collaboration in my country. Promote the deep integration of emerging technologies such as the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, and fifth-generation mobile communications (5G) with green and low-carbon industries, and use digital intelligence technology and green technology to transform and upgrade traditional industries.

There are 30 companies from across the country in the list of outstanding cases awarded this time. Liaoning Port Group won the award for its project of "promoting the development of new productivity through the construction of 'Four Wisdom' and creating a digital, green, synergistic and symbiotic '4T' port". The project is guided by Liaoning Port Group's "Digital '1-3-3-N' Transformation Plan" and "4T '(Equipment Technology, Energy Technology, Process Technology, Digital Technology) Green Port" double top-level planning, combined with the actual loading and unloading business of traditional terminals, the Smart Port 2.0 "Four Wisdom" concept system of "intelligent operation, intelligent operation, intelligent chain ecology and intelligent environment" is put forward, and major breakthroughs have been made in the port's bulk cargo management, asset life cycle management and IT operation and maintenance integration management. Through the construction of digital service ecology, Liaoning Port Group has created a series of digital green collaborative transformation and development application scenarios with Liaoning Port characteristics to help upstream and downstream enterprises improve their carbon reduction capabilities.
