The National Pension Service Information Platform was officially launched on the 20th. This was learned from the fourth quarter regular press conference of the Ministry of Civil Affairs held on the same day.

According to reports, the national information platform for aged care services collects practical information such as laws and regulations, policy documents, standards and specifications, service guides, etc. issued by civil affairs departments at all levels, which not only facilitates aged care service practitioners to grasp policy trends in time, but also facilitates the public to "one-stop" understand policies and measures to benefit the people and the people in the field of aged care. The platform also collects the location information of more than 400,000 elderly care institutions, community elderly care service institutions and facilities, and meal assistance points across the country, and displays it in the form of pictures and texts, so as to realize one-click search of elderly care maps.

In addition, the platform also provides the public with accurate, detailed and comprehensive information on aged care service resources, and clearly displays the general situation, spare beds, service items, occupancy prices and requirements, special services, consultation telephone numbers, etc. of each aged care service site, so that the supply and demand sides of aged care service resources can connect more efficiently.

"For example, if families of the elderly want to find suitable old-age care institutions for the elderly, they can quickly screen out eligible old-age care institutions by selecting information such as region, institutional nature, medical conditions and institutional location, and the efficiency of information acquisition is significantly improved." Li Banghua, deputy director of the Department of Pension Services of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, introduced.

Li Banghua also said that with the completion of the docking with the provincial service platform, the platform will realize online application for subsidies for aged care services and filing of aged care institutions, further facilitating the masses and improving work efficiency.

It is understood that since the trial operation of the national information platform for aged care services during the Double Ninth Festival this year, the average daily visits have exceeded 150,000, and the cumulative visits have reached close to 5.5 million.
