The FISU Football World Cup is a football event created by the International University Sports Federation, and it is also the highest level event of global college football competitions. Our city won the right to host the 2025 FISU Football World Cup. For this reason, the technical delegation of FISU Football World Cup came to Dalian on November 15th to inspect the preparations for the event. Yesterday, the municipal government and the delegation held a working exchange at Dalian Football Youth Training Base. Chen Shaowang, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor, and paulo ferreira, director-general of the International University Sports Federation attended.

Under the guidance of the FISU and in accordance with the deployment requirements of the Ministry of Education, the provincial party committee and the provincial government, we have made great efforts to strengthen the organization of the event and set up special preparatory classes and related working institutions. Efforts will be made to optimize service guarantee, strictly follow the technical standards of the Federation of Sports, improve various work plans and processes, organize skills training, and refine service measures.
