On November 14, the Dalian Municipal Medical Security Bureau and the Dalian Municipal Health and Wellness Commission issued a notice. In order to further standardize the price management of medical services, according to the Notice of Liaoning Provincial Medical Security Bureau and Liaoning Provincial Health and Wellness Commission on Reducing the Price of Some Inspection Items (Liaoning Medical Insurance [2024] No. 32), the prices of some inspection items will be reduced starting from November 15.

The scope of price reduction items includes 4 medical service items including thromboelastography test, glycosylated hemoglobin measurement, B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) measurement, and B-type natriuretic peptide precursor (PRO-BNP) measurement.
