Due to the temporary adjustment of railway capacity by Shenyang Railway Bureau, the construction originally scheduled from 0: 00 to 12: 00 on October 29th needs to be postponed to 0: 00 to 12: 00 on October 31st. During the construction period, small vehicles passing by Guandong Road and Wuming Road on the south side of the railway can be bypassed according to the instructions of on-site staff and traffic signs (the height limit of Wuming Road is 3.3 meters), and large vehicles (vehicle height is 3.3 meters and above) can be bypassed by Guandong Road, Jiabao Street, Zhenlian Road Bridge, Dalian Bay Street and other routes.
