Biography

Yu Lintao, male, Han nationality, born in September 1974, is a member of the Communist Party of China, university degree, bachelor degree. Yu is now the Vice Mayor and Party Member of Dalian Municipal People's Government, and the Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for public security, justice and other aspects, and assist in the petition work.

In charge of Municipal Public Security Bureau and Municipal Justice Bureau, and assist in charge of letters and visits.

Responsible for contacting the Municipal Court, the Municipal Procuratorate, the Municipal Law Society, Dalian Maritime Court and the Municipal National Security Bureau.
