Vice-Mayor：Liu Enju

Biography

Liu Enju, male, Han nationality, born in May 1973, is a member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, doctorate in economics. Liu is now a member of the Standing Committee of Dalian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, vice mayor of Dalian Municipal People's Government, deputy secretary of the Party Group of the municipal government, and director of Integration of Defense and Civilian Technologies Office of the Municipal Party Committee. 

Responsibilities

Liu Enju is responsible for the routine work of the municipal government, overseeing development and reform, finance, taxation, emergency management, work safety, letters and visits, and statistics.

In charge of the Military-Civilian Integration Office of the Municipal Party Committee (Municipal Office of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense), the Port Working Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, the General Office of the Municipal Government, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission (Municipal Grain and Reserve Bureau), the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Emergency Bureau, the Municipal Letters and Calls Bureau, and the Municipal Bureau of Statistics. Assist the mayor in charge of the Municipal Audit Bureau. 

He maintains contacts with the Dalian Municipal People's Congress, the Dalian Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, various democratic parties, the Municipal Government Offices Administration, the Dalian Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Changxing Island Economic and Technological Development Zone Administrative Committee, the Dalian Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, the Dalian Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, the Dalian Survey Team of the National Bureau of Statistics, and the Dalian Arbitration Commission.

He also maintains contacts with the Dalian Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., the Dalian Xinghaiwan Development and Construction Group Co., Ltd., and the Dalian State-owned Financial Capital Management and Operation Co., Ltd.

As a leading member of the municipal government, Liu Enju fulfills the "double duties for one position", be responsible for (supervising) the construction of the party's work style and clean government building of the units, and make great efforts to safety production, maintaining stability of letters and visits, and ecological environment.
