Biography
Liu Enju, male, Han nationality, born in May 1973, is a member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, doctorate in economics. Liu is now a member of the Standing Committee of Dalian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, vice mayor of Dalian Municipal People's Government, deputy secretary of the Party Group of the municipal government, and director of integration of defense and civilian technologies Office of the Municipal Party Committee.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the standing work of the municipal government, letters and visits, development and reform, finance, taxation, emergency management, safety in production, statistics, national defense mobilization, Taiwan affairs and other aspects.
In charge of integration of defense and civilian technologies Office of Municipal Party Committee (Municipal National Defense Science and Technology Office), Port Working Committee of Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Development and Reform Commission (Municipal Grain and Reserve Bureau), Municipal Finance Bureau, Municipal Emergency Bureau, Municipal Statistics Bureau, Municipal National Sports Office (Municipal Civil Defense Office) and Taiwan Affairs Office of Municipal Government. Assist the mayor in charge of the municipal audit bureau.
Responsible for contacting the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, the CPPCC, the democratic parties, the Municipal Organs Affairs Bureau, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Taiwan Federation, the Dalian Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, the Dalian Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, the Dalian Investigation Team of the National Bureau of Statistics and the Dalian Arbitration Commission.
