Xi asked Muhammad to convey his best wishes to King Salman and extend Ramadan greetings. 　 pointed out that at present, China-Saudi Arabia relations are at their best in history. At the end of last year, I paid a successful state visit to Saudi Arabia. We successfully hosted the first China-Arab Summit and the China-Gulf Cooperation Council Summit in Riyadh, which strongly promoted the development of China-Saudi Arabia relations, promoted China's relations with the GCC and Arab countries, and had a positive impact on the situation in the Middle East. China is willing to work with Saudi Arabia to implement the outcomes of the "Three Rings Summit", continue to firmly support each other on issues involving each other's core interests, expand pragmatic cooperation and people-to-people exchanges, promote greater development of China-Saudi Arabia comprehensive strategic partnership, make every effort to build a community of destiny between China and Saudi Arabia facing the new era, and make more contributions to promoting peace, stability and development in the Middle East.

Xi pointed out that recently, with the joint efforts of China, Saudi Arabia and Iran, the Beijing Dialogue between Saudi Arabia and Iran was successfully held and achieved great results, which was conducive to improving relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran, and had a great demonstration effect on strengthening unity and cooperation among regional countries and easing regional tensions, which was widely praised by the international community. Recently, the momentum of easing relations among countries in the region has obviously increased, which fully shows that resolving contradictions and differences through dialogue and consultation conforms to the people's hearts, the trend of the times and the interests of all countries. It is hoped that Saudi Arabia and Iraq will uphold the spirit of good neighborliness and friendship and continuously improve their relations on the basis of the results of the Beijing Dialogue. China is willing to continue to support the follow-up process of Shah-Iraq dialogue.

Muhammad conveyed King Salman's regards to Xi and once again expressed warm congratulations on Xi's re-election as president of China. Mohammed said that Saudi Arabia sincerely thanks China for its strong support to improve relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran, which fully demonstrates China's role as a responsible big country. China is playing an increasingly important and constructive role in regional and international affairs, which Saudi Arabia highly appreciates. China is an important partner of Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia attaches great importance to developing relations with China and is willing to make joint efforts with China to open up new prospects for bilateral cooperation.
