On November 14th, the city's "Red Property" construction training and observation meeting was held. Li Dexin, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Minister of Organization Department, attended and delivered a speech.

Since the beginning of the year, our city has organized the housing and construction departments to focus on property management, which is a "key little thing" around the masses, strengthen the political and organizational functions of party organizations, and pay special attention to the construction of "red property". Vigorously promote the establishment of property industry party committees and property service enterprise party organizations at the municipal and district levels, formulate and implement a package of system rules for the construction of "red property", guide and actively promote the construction of "red property" in four working modes in the whole city, and select and commend the "five good" municipal and district-level "red property" demonstration sites.

The meeting stressed that it is necessary to further strengthen and deepen the construction of "red property", focus on strengthening the coordination and linkage between community party building and property party building, jointly build organizations, improve mechanisms, build strong teams, do a good job in supervision and evaluation, compact work responsibilities, unite multi-party efforts, make concerted efforts to promote the construction of "red property", and effectively solve the difficulties, pain points and blocking points in property service management.

Before the meeting, participants observed five demonstration sites of "Red Property" construction, including "92 Small Courtyard" in Chunhai Community of Zhongshan District, Linmao Community of Bayi Road Street of Xigang District, Jinhua North Park of Lijia Street of Shahekou District, Dalian Chengtou Property Management Co., Ltd. of Quanshui Street of Ganjingzi District and Red Property Party Group Service Center of Fifth County of Xinzhaizi Street. At the meeting, People's Square Street of Xigang District, Qingquan Community of Kuiying Street of Zhongshan District and Wenyuan Community of Malan Street of Shahekou District made typical exchange speeches.
