The 7th plenary meeting of the 13th Committee of the Communist Party of China in Dalian was held on November 12th, 2023.

Present at the plenary session were 62 members of the Municipal Party Committee and 12 alternate members of the Municipal Party Committee. Relevant leading comrades of the city, members of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and responsible comrades of relevant parties, as well as some grassroots comrades among the representatives of the 13th Party Congress of the city attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. The second batch of relevant comrades from the First Touring Supervision Team of the Provincial Party Committee attended the meeting for guidance.
