Among the six kinds of vinegar, there are mainly jellyfish head, shrimp, conch, preserved eggs, peanuts, cucumbers and other ingredients, which have both delicious and fresh taste, seafood meat and green vegetables. Specific manufacturing method:
1. Clean jellyfish heads and soak them in water for two hours to remove salt.
2. After the conch is naturally thawed, blanch it for 1 minute and then cool it. Remove the shell and keep only the snail head.
3. Blanch shrimps for 1 minute, discolor them, remove them and cool them.
4. Put the peanut cool oil into the pot, stir-fry it over low heat for about 1.5 minutes, and then take it out of the pot and cool it for later use.
5. Shell preserved eggs and cut them into small pieces. Wash cucumbers, beat the whole one with a knife and split it, and then cut it into sections. Cut garlic into minced garlic and cut coriander into small pieces.
6. Put all the above processed ingredients into a large bowl.
7. Add oil seasonings, and stir sesame oil, pepper oil and pepper oil evenly, so as to prolong the water seepage time of ingredients and keep the appearance and taste unaffected.
