In the proposal, the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese stated that our city has certain advantages in the field of blockchain technology research, and should vigorously promote the research and development and application of blockchain technology in the industrial Internet to help the city's industrial economy develop with high quality. 

The Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese suggested that an industrial Internet data sharing platform based on blockchain should be built. With the advantages of blockchain technology in industrial chain and corporate governance, we will promote cross-enterprise, cross-industry and cross-regional industrial Internet data confirmation, information sharing and circulation, reduce data exchange barriers among enterprises and reduce data transaction costs. Give full play to the advantages of universities and research institutes, and set up municipal key laboratories or engineering research centers of "Industrial Internet plus Blockchain" for well-known innovative blockchain enterprises in the United Nations. 

It is necessary to build a platform data security system. Taking advantage of blockchain technology's advantages of non-tampering and easy traceability in data storage, it provides credible and safe support for data storage and use, mining and calculation, etc. Promote the in-depth application of intelligent contracts in industrial production organizations, make the data management and control process more transparent, establish a controllable security environment for the whole process, and identify and resist security threats from inside and outside enterprises. 

It is necessary to continuously improve the docking mechanism of efficient financing for enterprises. Taking advantage of the characteristics of blockchain sharing books, Relying on the industrial Internet, we will continue to open up the context of "taking production, education and research funds", and combine the data and analysis of equipment sensors to provide value management for the whole life cycle of enterprise assets, realize credible records in the process of sales, leasing and financing services, reduce fraud, simplify processes, enhance transaction transparency, and improve the circulation efficiency of equipment and capital. Combine key technologies such as consensus mechanism and asymmetric encryption algorithm to realize point-to-point real-time transactions, ensure the security and openness of transactions, promote the vertical penetration and horizontal linkage of various businesses, and promote the high-quality development of industrial enterprises.
