Recently, the 29th China International Advertising Festival closed, and our city won many honors. Wang Shilong, an associate professor at Liaoning Normal University, is the only winner of this advertising festival who won the Great Wall Award, the Yellow River Award and the 3.15 Public Welfare Competition, representing that our city has achieved new breakthroughs in the innovation and development of advertising creation, advertising academic research and advertising education.
The 29th China International Advertising Festival was successfully held in Xiamen from December 21 to 23, 2022. China International Advertising Festival Great Wall Award, Yellow River Award and 3.15 Consumer Rights Protection Public Service Advertising Competition are professional awards with high standards in China's advertising industry.
During the advertising festival, the State Administration of Market Supervision hosted the fifth "3.15 Consumer Rights Protection Public Service Advertising Competition". Wang Shilong's public service advertisement "Crossing Robbery" won the Bronze Award in the plane category. Three works created by students majoring in journalism and communication and advertising in Liaoning Normal University won the Graphic Excellence Award respectively. Liaoning Normal University is the only northern university among the award-winning universities, and the number of plane awards ranks second among universities in China. The Bronze Award won this time is the first time that Northeast China has won a plane grade award in this competition.
The Yellow River Award for China Public Service Advertisement is a public service advertisement work that has achieved good social benefits in the selection year. Wang Shilong's public service advertisement "Be Careful and Have Routines" won the Yellow River Award for Excellence in Plane Class, which is the only award-winning work of universities in China in this Yellow River Award. The paper submitted by Wang Shilong, "Awards Reflect the Future Light of the Industry-Interpretation of Creative Trends of Great Wall Award and Yellow River Award", won the Bronze Award of Advertising Academic Class of China Advertising Great Wall Award. The Bronze Award won this time is the first time that Northeast China has won the Great Wall Award for Advertising Academic Grade Award.
