Vice-Mayor：Leng Xuefeng

Biography

Leng Xuefeng, male, Han nationality, born in May 1972, is a member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, doctorate in engineering. Leng is now vice mayor and member of the Party Group of Dalian Municipal People's Government. 

Responsibilities

Responsible for commerce, foreign affairs, business environment construction, smart city development, domestic and foreign investment promotion, economic cooperation, and targeted assistance work.

Supervises the Municipal Commerce Bureau, the Foreign Affairs Office of the Municipal Government, the Municipal Data Administration Bureau (Municipal Business Environment Administration Bureau, Municipal Public Resources Trading Office), and the Municipal Economic Cooperation Office (Municipal Targeted Assistance Office).

Liaises with the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Municipal Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, and the Municipal Trade Promotion Council, as well as foreign-funded institutions in Dalian.

The leading comrades of the municipal government fulfill the "double duties for one position", be responsible for (supervising) the construction of the party's work style and clean government building of the units, and make great efforts to safety production, maintaining stability of letters and visits, and ecological environment.
