After the meeting, Zhang Guoqing, Li Lecheng and Dai Houliang attended the signing ceremony of the Cooperation Framework Agreement between Liaoning Provincial Government and CNPC in the Transformation and Development of Key Enterprises in Liaoning, and the Cooperation Framework Agreement between Dalian Municipal Government and CNPC Dalian Petrochemical Relocation and Reconstruction Project.
