President Xi Appointed and Dismissed Ambassadors Abroad

President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China appoints and dismisses the following ambassadors abroad according to the decision of the Standing Committee:

 

1. Zhang Yinghong was relieved of the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Moldova;

 

Yan Wenbin was appointed as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Moldova.

 

2. Gui Congyou was relieved of the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Sweden;

 

Cui Aimin was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Sweden.

 

3. Wu Xi (female) was relieved of the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to New Zealand, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Cook Islands and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Niue;

 

Wang Xiaolong was appointed as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to New Zealand, Cook Islands and Niue.
