The establishment and expansion of this work may take a long time, but with the continuous improvement of data, it will benefit the whole city for decades and greatly reduce the cost of urban construction and operation. In addition, the standardized approval process is also the top priority, to ensure that the project can be built reasonably and in compliance, multi-departments need to be seamlessly connected, and their respective requirements should be put forward in time, so that the construction party can know in advance where will be built in the future, how relevant national policies and other information, which can reduce urban redundant construction and achieve the purpose of combining short-term and long-term. Finally, it is necessary to standardize the post-event management of the project. After the project is constructed according to the approved plan, the construction plan will be entered into the database of the department to end the construction management of the project.
