On the morning of January 9th, the third session of the Presidium of the First Session of the 17th National People's Congress of Dalian was held in Dalian World Expo Center. The session was presided over by Yu Dequan, executive chairman of the presidium of the conference.
The session heard delegations review government work reports, plans and budgets. Reviewed and adopted the report on the review results of the plan and budget, discussed and adopted the draft resolutions of the government work report, the municipal national economic and social development plan report and the financial budget report, listened to the report on the joint nomination of candidates by deputies, and discussed and adopted the report on the handling opinions of proposals put forward by deputies.
