The system and requirements of basic education planning for survival and life should be introduced, and a three-dimensional basic education system for survival and life should be established in Dalian. Focusing on family, kindergarten and school education, combined with the training of various units and related organizations, we should offer suitable education courses for survival and living ability at different ages and school ages, so that everyone can master the knowledge of survival and living skills skillfully and apply it to practice. At the same time, in conjunction with public security, fire control, hospitals and other relevant departments, combined with the course content of different ages, under the guidance of professionals, real simulation exercises are carried out regularly. Strengthen the publicity of the importance of survival and living skills, and improve the public's awareness of attaching importance to survival and living ability.
